Beautifully presented and I loved the wow factor of the flame. The desserts at Baroque Bistro, The Rocks, never disappoints and neither does the Valrhona bombe alaska. Toasted marshmallow-y meringue with velvety smooth Valrhona ‘Dulcey’ chocolate parfait atop a thin pistachio sponge. The alcohol was lit alight in the jug and poured over the meringue, it left a citrus-y orange flavour, probably Grand Marnier.
